Handcrafted | Naturally Leavened | Baked Fresh in Saskatoon
Each loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked with care. Naturally leavened with our 100+ year old wild starter and slow-fermented for 24 hours, this sourdough has a crisp golden crust, soft chewy crumb, and is intentionally made to have a lower tang while maintaining its rich flavour.
No commercial yeast, preservatives, or added sugar.
Approx. 800g (each loaf is handmade and may vary slightly in size)
Fresh loaves are baked weekly (or as possible). Local Saskatoon pickup available from the Brighton neighbourhood — address provided after checkout. Quantities will be added when available, pick up on Wednesdays from 10am-7pm.
Bread drops happen periodically — follow along or subscribe for updates on the next bake!
Best enjoyed fresh or within 2–3 days. To keep longer, refrigerate or slice and freeze.
Contains gluten. Made in a home kitchen that also handles dairy and nuts.
